Creating a Passion for Sourdough
We will be teaching how to create a sourdough starter, sourdough discard uses, the affects of different flours, ingredient inclusions, and the bread making process. You will receive hands on instruction, a 5 year old starter, a loaf of sourdough, a chef's inspired entree, and 1 beer or wine of choice.
